The Sports Car Driving Association will host a Car Control Clinic at Lime Rock Park in Lakeville, Conn., on July 3, 2026. The half-day program is designed to help drivers of all experience levels improve vehicle control skills in a safe, supervised setting.
The clinic includes a 30-minute classroom session covering vehicle dynamics, oversteer, understeer and threshold braking, followed by on-track driving on a half-mile autocross course and a wet skid pad. A combined course merging both elements stretches to three-quarters of a mile and incorporates mixed wet and dry conditions. In-car instruction is provided to all participants, and race car rentals are available.
Enrollment is limited to 24 participants. The entry fee is $369, with a $30 discount available for registration at least one month in advance. No prior driving experience is required.
