The Season Closer Car Meet is scheduled for December 21, 2025, in Wichita, Kansas. The event begins at 2:00 PM and ends at 5:00 PM. Attendees will have access to High Voltage Garage free of charge, a venue that typically charges $15 per person. Food and drink will be available, including offerings from Busy B’s and Sun & Brew, with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. The Out of Luck tent will provide tickets for 25 free empanadas and 25 hot cocoas.
Parking is located in the lot across from High Voltage Garage and welcomes all types of vehicles. RC car fans can use HVG’s carpet, drift, and crawler tracks during the meet. All participants are asked to respect the property by refraining from revving, burnouts, and littering. Rule violators will be asked to leave.
