The Season Send Off car meet is scheduled for September 20, 2025, in Conklin, New York. The event will run from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Visitors can expect a full lineup including a live DJ, vendors, a limbo contest, a tire toss game, and awards for contests. Mick Casler will judge the sound system competition. Multiple categories will see trophy awards. The event will not permit burnouts, sliding, or excessive two-stepping due to location policies.
