Shafer Days 2026 is an annual community festival held Sept. 18-19 in Shafer, Minn., featuring a full schedule of activities across both days.
On Friday, Sept. 18, events include Cash Bingo at the Shafer-Franconia Fire Hall beginning at 6 p.m., live music at The Saloon in Shafer at 8 p.m., and a DJ at Ole’s Crossroads.
On Saturday, Sept. 19, a Pancake Breakfast runs from 8 a.m. until sold out at the Shafer-Franconia Fire Hall. The Annual Car Show takes place on Main Street from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., with registration at 9:30 a.m. and awards at 2 p.m. Additional Saturday activities include vendors along Main Street, a Kids Carnival (free), a Petting Zoo, a Bean Bag Tournament, a Bank Robbery Reenactment, a Fire Department Demonstration, a Kids Treasure Coin Hunt, live music from Uncle Chunk, and a Tractor/Hay Wagon Shuttle. The parade steps off at 3:30 p.m.
