About This Event
A car show takes place Aug. 30 from 9 a.m. to noon in the Dugout parking lot at 1545 SW Fairlawn Road in Topeka to benefit Topeka Shawnee County Special Olympics. All makes and models are welcome, including classics, muscle cars, trucks, Jeeps, imports, motorcycles, hot rods and modern customs.
The event supports Special Olympics Kansas, which provides year-round sports training and competition for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Six custom trophies will be awarded: Best in Show, Judge’s Choice, Fan Favorite, and first through third place.
Registration is $20. Spectator admission is free.
