The 2nd Annual Speed Street Event takes place Saturday, Aug. 15, 2026, at The Food Zone – Grand Texas in New Caney. Presented by Chassis Fab, hosted by Elite Fine Finish and organized by Mad Gear Hot Rod Apparel, this custom car, truck and bike show welcomes anything custom auto. Registration is $30 on-site only. The event is family and pet friendly with free admission for spectators. More than 15 food and drink vendors will be on site. Show roll-in begins at 3 p.m. Judging ends at 7 p.m. with awards at 8 p.m. Participants may stay until closing. Awards include $200 cash for Best of Show Truck, $200 cash for Best of Show Car and $200 cash for Best of Show Bike. Top 50 awards are built by Chassis Fab and Texas Creations HTX. Top 10 motorcycle awards are done by Precision Graphics TX. The event features a foam party for kids.
