The City of Rincon hosts its first-ever Spooktacular Stroll on October 24. Participants can dress in Halloween costumes, organize spooky flash mobs, or create themed entries representing businesses, organizations, or neighborhoods. The stroll begins at City Club at Lost Plantation and winds through Lost Plantation, down Fort Howard Road, crosses Highway 21, and ends with a trunk or treat celebration at Freedom Park.
