The Summer LOC Convention & Car Show takes place Sunday, August 23rd at Rock & Brews in Sacramento. The event runs from noon to 7 p.m., starting with a car show from noon to 4 p.m., followed by a LOC convention from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The car show features custom cars on display and live entertainment. The LOC convention celebrates the art, history, and beauty of locs with networking opportunities with top locticians, quick styling demonstrations, loc culture and education sessions, and a hair showcase. The event features some of the top locticians in Northern California.
