The Sunsetters Silver Lakes Car Club hosts a Route 66-themed car show on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at Helendale Community Park in Helendale, CA. The show runs from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with roll-in from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Registration is $30 and includes dash plaques and swag bags while supplies last. The first 50 registered vehicles receive a 100-year Route 66 challenge coin commemorating the historic highway’s centennial. All makes and models are welcome, including side-by-sides and golf carts.
The event features an opportunity drawing, 50/50 raffle, music, vendors, and a special gas drawing. Cars must arrive together to park together and remain until the end of the show or request an escort out. A Hot August Nights concert in the park follows from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
