Teamsters Local 142 Stewards Council hosts a charity car show on August 16 at 9050 Mississippi Street in Merrillville. Registration begins at 10 a.m., with the show starting at 11 a.m. Entry fee is $25. Awards will be presented at 2 p.m., including top 20 awards and three best of show trophies. The event features food, drinks and music. All proceeds benefit local charities.
