The Karl Chevrolet Premier Late Model Tour visits Independence Motor Speedway on Aug. 15, 2026, for the Thanks to Those Who Served race event. Christie Door Company will provide free general admission and a special gift to the first 100 service people in attendance, including veterans, active military, police, firefighters, sheriff’s deputies, rescue personnel and EMTs.
The feature race pays $1,500 to win and $250 to start, with a $350 Hard Charger bonus available. The entry fee is $75 for pre-registered drivers or $90 on race day. Hot laps are scheduled for 6:30 p.m., with pre-inspection beginning at 5:30 p.m. A 30-lap feature will be run if 24 or more cars are entered. Championship points for the Pro Late Model Tour will be awarded. Drivers may register online through MyRacePass.
