The Bowtie Project 2 hosts a back-to-school supply giveaway and car show Saturday, Aug. 1, at New Tokyo Hibachi in Conyers. The event runs from noon to 6 p.m. and welcomes all makes and models. Trophies will be awarded. The nonprofit organization focuses on building youth and community through school supplies and resources. Registration is $5.
