Juan Ramirez, co-founder of the Los Angeles Lowrider Community, will present on the history and artistry of lowrider culture. The event will take place on January 17, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Ovitt Family Community Library.
Attendees can view custom lowriders on display and discuss their impact and legacy within the community.
