The Truck Gathering will occur on April 17-18 at Cottonwood Flats in Guthrie, OK. The event will showcase 1K trucks, a BBQ cook-off, raffles, a giveaway truck, and a swap meet.
The event will take place on Friday, April 17th, from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday, April 18th, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. These hours may change as needed.
Vehicles 20 years or older with a tailgate can participate. Vehicles not meeting these requirements will be refunded if pre-registered or turned away on the event day. The event will proceed regardless of weather conditions.
Pre-registration costs $35 per vehicle and is valid for both days. Registrations are non-refundable but can be transferred. Registration opens on October 1st, 2025. Day-of registrations will be $50 and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration packets will be mailed 2 to 3 weeks before the event.
