The True Grit Trail Drive takes place on Labor Day, September 7, 2026. Participants start at Merritt Park in Dardanelle and drive to Fort Smith, leaving at 10:30 a.m. The event includes a U.S. Marshals Museum tour. Registration is $10 plus tax at the door.
