Trunk or Treat at Friendly Geneva

Friendly Geneva hosts a free afternoon of Halloween activities on Friday, Oct. 30, from 3 to 6 p.m. at 1051 State Route 5 and 20 in Geneva, New York. Local businesses, community members and dealership employees decorate vehicles and hand out candy during the trunk-or-treating. Decorated and spooky vehicles fill the lot, and attendees can visit a bounce house, hear music and take part in contests, including a costume contest and a best-trunk contest. Apple cider and doughnuts are served. Thrive to Survive plans a superhero-themed trunk featuring Worry X, a character the organization uses to encourage conversations about stress and asking for help. Admission is free. Local businesses interested in decorating a trunk and joining the event can contact the dealership for participation details.
