Trunk Or Treat Car Meet At Grace And Gears Car Club

Grace and Gears Car Club and Speed Society host a Trunk Or Treat Car Meet that brings cars and candy together for a family-friendly Halloween celebration. The event runs 6 to 10:30 p.m. at 1941 East Main St.

Prizes go to the Best Costume and the Best Decorated Car or Trunk. All builds are welcome, and admission is free for spectators.

Participants handing out candy should bring a decorated vehicle and trunk, plenty of candy for the expected crowd of children, and a chair, table or canopy for setting up behind the car. Friendly costumes are encouraged. Cars should arrive early to park and set up before children arrive, and each area should be decorated and kept safe and clean.

Parents should bring children in costume and a bag or bucket for candy. The meet takes place in a parking lot, so children should stay with an adult and attendees should watch for moving vehicles.

House rules prohibit revving, burnouts and alcohol, and ask attendees to respect the parking spots. Sponsors are A little of this & a little of that, Antietam Repair, Ian Stowell Tire & Battery, Boosted Wraps, M&C Decals and ASC Flicks.
