Twin Cities hosts its second annual Christmas in July toy drive and car hop event July 26 at City Park Pavilion Shelter from noon to 5 p.m. Participants must bring a toy valued at $10 or more to enter the hopping competition. All proceeds will be donated to Children’s Mercy. The family-friendly event seeks sponsors.
