The Upsala Heritage Day Celebration takes place Saturday, August 8, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Upsala Community Center. The event features a car show, hot dogs, brats, chips and pop, plus the center’s famous caramel rolls. Air-conditioned indoor facilities and restrooms are available.
