The Vacationland Volkswagen Association (VVA) will hold its annual Volkswagen Car Show on Sunday, Aug. 9, 2026, at the Acton Fairgrounds, 550 ME-109, Acton, Maine. Gates open at 9 a.m.
The show features 22 judged classes with awards in each class as well as best-of awards. All air-cooled and water-cooled Volkswagens are welcome, including classic Beetles, Buses, Karmann Ghias, Things, Type 3s, Type 4s, and water-cooled models.
The event also includes a parts vendor and swap meet area, food and drink, and draws VW enthusiasts from across New England. The event is open to both show participants and spectators.
