Weatherford Animal Services Trunk or Treat

Weatherford Animal Shelter hosts its annual Trunk or Treat, a free afternoon of family activities at 403 Hickory Lane in Weatherford, Texas. Decorated trunks hand out candy, and carnival games run throughout the afternoon. A kids costume contest and a trunk decorating contest both begin at 2:30 p.m. Local business vendors and music round out the event, and the shelter offers discounted animal adoptions. Visitors can meet some of the shelter animals looking for homes. The event is open to the public.
