A car show organized by Wheels of Whitley County takes place in downtown Columbia City. The event runs from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., with gates opening at 3:45 p.m. and judging ending at 7 p.m. Car owner registration is $20, accepted on August 1st. The show features trophies for several classes, “favorite” plaques from local groups, door prizes, a 50-50 drawing, food, music, and fun.
