The Wheels & Waves event will take place from September 11 to September 14, 2025, at multiple locations in Seaside, Oregon. The event begins on Thursday at the Old Seaside High School, 1901 N. Holladay, with registration from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. This day is reserved for sponsors, registrants, and their guests only. A senior cruise departs at 5 p.m., followed by a welcome barbecue and live music by The NW Blues Kings from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
On Friday, the event is open to the public. Registration runs from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Old Seaside High School. Attendees can enjoy a cruise-in show and shine at their own pace from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., along with food trucks and a beer garden hosted by Sisu Brewing Co. Live music by Texas Tribute, a ZZ Top tribute band, will take place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. A poker walk and treasure hunt will be held downtown throughout the day.
Saturday’s activities include an 8 a.m. start downtown, with registration at Pocket Park starting at noon. Show and shine will run from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Broadway. The poker walk and treasure hunt continue all day. Downtown and Cannon Beach cruises are scheduled for 4:30 p.m. and 5:45 p.m., respectively.
Sunday features a poker walk and treasure hunt from 9 a.m. to noon and show and shine from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The awards presentation will begin at 1 p.m., outside at Columbia and Broadway, in front of The Times Theater.
