A car meet and cruise is scheduled in Rock Springs, Wyoming, with participants gathering in the White Mountain Mall parking lot near Sapporo’s hibachi restaurant.
Organizers have established several rules for attendees. Revving of vehicles or bikes is not permitted. Racing is prohibited, as exceeding posted speed limits on the cruise route is illegal. Burnouts and drifting are not allowed. Disruptive behavior, raised voices, and physical altercations are forbidden; anyone involved in a physical fight will be banned from the group and may face a police investigation. Blocking or obstructing the normal flow of traffic during the cruise is also prohibited. Participants are encouraged to bring RC cars and bikes and to enjoy the event.
