Widefield Parks & Recreation hosts a Trunk-or-Treat and outdoor movie night Oct. 23 at the Main Parks and Recreation Center in Colorado Springs. Attendees can walk from trunk to trunk collecting candy, play interactive games and view decorated vehicles from 5 to 7 p.m. The event continues with an outdoor screening of “The Nightmare Before Christmas” starting at 7 p.m. Food trucks will be available. Attendees should bring lawn chairs, blankets and warm jackets for the movie.
