The Annual Rally for The Wreaths, featuring a Car Show & Summer Concert, supports Maryland Veterans cemeteries. The event has a new location on the Front Lot at Turf Valley Resort. Attendees can enjoy the shade area available on-site.
The lot opens at 7am, and Tom’s Traveling Coffee will be there to start the day right. Lunch will be available from Judy’s Food Express. Midnite Run, a classic rock band, returns by popular demand and will perform by 10:15.
Show Car Entry is $20, and the event is free to the public. Raffle prizes, a 50/50 drawing, and event shirts will be available. Appearance by Angelica DaVinci, known as "The Classic Car-Model". Awards are sponsored by Zepp Plumbing & Heating, with the first 25 dash plaques sponsored by Zepp Auto Detailing. Judging will be performed by a team this year for faster results.
Categories for awards include "Best In Show" 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place for Classic cars (year 2000 & Older), Modern Muscle (2000 & Newer), Street Rods, Imports, Trucks, Off-Road (4x4), "Kids Pick" voted by the children, and "People's Choice" where everyone gets to vote.
Lot rules prohibit drugs, alcohol, loud music from vehicles, loud engine revving, burnouts on Turf Valley property, and dogs on the property. For dog-related inquiries, contact the resort.
