The Rides & Rescues Car & Truck Show will take place on August 9, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the shared parking lot of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church and St. Jude Catholic Church in Wichita, Kansas. The event benefits Beauties & Beasts Dog Rescue and features cars, trucks, food trucks, vendors, raffles, and more. General admission is free. Vehicle entry is $20 for pre-registration or $25 on the day of the show, with a $50 V.I.P. package available. Awards will be given at 2 p.m., including a Celebration of Life Trophy in honor of Jose Sambrano. The event also encourages donations for a supply drive supporting rescue animals.
