Higgins Chapel Baptist Church hosts Hot Rods & Hymns on Saturday, Aug. 15, featuring live music from the Larry Stephenson Band, Kenny & Amanda Smith Band, Jacob & Emily Frady, Strings of Green and Open Rail.
