Hopatcong celebrates America’s 250th Anniversary with a concert in the park on Saturday, August 29th at Modick Park. The event runs from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM and features live music, food trucks, local vendors, a kids zone, historical displays, and a beer garden.
From 3:00-5:00 PM, Dog Pound Cruisers hosts a car show showcasing classic and custom vehicles. Live entertainment begins at 5:00 PM with House of Guenther, followed by Who’s Johnny performing from 6:00-9:00 PM. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets.
General parking is available at the Park & Ride Lot/DPW Lot, 120 River Styx Rd., Hopatcong, NJ 07843. Handicapped parking is available at Hopatcong Borough Hall, 111 River Styx Rd., Hopatcong, NJ 07843. In case of inclement weather, the event will be moved to St. Jude’s Parish Center.
