The 26th Annual Sedgwick Street Rodders Swap Meet is scheduled for October 24 and 25, 2025, at the Kansas State Fairgrounds in Hutchinson, Kansas.
Event hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. Vendors may set up Thursday, October 23, from noon to 7 p.m. Vendor gates open at 6 a.m. Friday and Saturday. Vehicle traffic is prohibited from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Camping is permitted, but firearms and ammunition are not allowed. Only vehicles with handicap stickers are permitted on the grounds during the event. Vendors do not sell refreshments or alcoholic beverages.
The swap meet accepts only car, truck, motorcycle parts, and related items. Inside vendor space (10 by 10 feet) costs $50. Outside vendor space (20 by 20 feet) also costs $50. Car corral spaces are $20 per vehicle. Discounted rates apply before October 1, with vendor spaces at $40 and car corral at $15. Vendor fees must be paid by the spring meet to secure spot selection. Payment by check is not accepted at the gate.
