The 44th Annual Hilton Applefest Auto Show will take place Saturday, October 4, 2025, at Village Elementary School, 100 School Lane, Hilton, NY. The event runs from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and features multiple vehicle classes, including muscle cars, antiques, street rods, Corvettes, Mustangs, Camaros, trucks, motorcycles, and more.
Registration is open from 8 a.m. to noon, with no vehicles admitted after noon. Judging occurs from noon to 2 p.m., and awards are presented at 4 p.m. Placing plaques will be given for first through third in each class. Special awards include Club Participation, Best Overall Vehicle, and Best Muscle Car. Goodie bags and dash plaques are provided to the first 500 entries.
The fee is $15 before September 27, 2025, and $20 on the day of the show. Cash payments are accepted on-site, but $100 bills are not. Vendor spaces are available for $25 or an equal value door prize. A shuttle bus to and from Applefest will be provided.
Vehicles must be present for registration and will be assigned to a class by a tech, with the decision final. Vehicles will be parked by class without exceptions. All display vehicles must be removed from trailers, and ample trailer parking is available nearby. The event is held rain or shine. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on the grounds.
The show benefits local charities and donated $6,500 in 2024. Music will be supplied by Dan The Music Man. Attendees are advised to arrive early and expect heavy traffic, approaching from the west and following Auto Show signs near Hilton.
