The Sons of the American Legion Post 396 hosts the 4th Annual Jim Valentine Classic Car Show on August 29 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 315 2nd St. NW in Bondurant, Iowa. The show is open to all cars, trucks, motorcycles and tractors. Registration runs from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. with no pre-registration available. Entry fee is $20 per vehicle; spectators are admitted free. Judging by registered owners takes place from 11 a.m. to noon, with awards presented at 1 p.m. Awards will be given for Best Car, Best Truck, Best Motorcycle, Best Tractor and Best in Show. A 50-50 raffle will be held during the event. Proceeds benefit Honor Flight Guardians and Puppy Jake Foundation. Food will be available for purchase on-site.
