The annual VFW Post 9381 Park in the Park Car Show returns to Ada, Ohio on July 12, 2025. Registration runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., with trophies presented at 4 p.m. The event features 28 trophies, including Mayors Choice, Best Paint (Joel Hauenstein Memorial Award), and Best Import, all sponsored by Allen Tire Service of Lima. The show is open to cars, trucks, bikes, and tractors for a $10 entry fee per vehicle, with no entry limit.
Raffles will include a 75-inch TV drawing starting at 4 p.m. Attendees can expect food and drinks provided by the Ada VFW Auxiliary, with meat sponsored by Stites Grocery. Additional attractions include a Vietnam Mini Wall, Awareness-22 suicide prevention setup, “Half Pint” mini tank shooting T-shirts, and a public pool on the premises. A DJ will provide music all day. The event takes place rain or shine at the War Memorial Park in Ada, Ohio.
