Golden Gate Street Machines Unlimited hosts a car club get together at the San Mateo Elks Lodge on Sunday, Sept. 20. Gates open at 9 a.m., with the event running from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Attendees are asked not to arrive before 8 a.m. and to turn off engines to avoid disturbing neighbors.
The event features classic cars, fun and games, live music, and a tri-tip lunch. All proceeds benefit Elks Charities.
Entry is $45 and includes one meal. Day-of registration is $50 with no meal included. Extra meals are available for $20 each. Pre-registration is encouraged; forms and payment should be mailed to GGSMU at 181 Glenbrook Ln, San Bruno, CA 94066 or brought to meetings before Sept. 13. Meal tickets will not be included with day-of entry fees, and a limited number of tickets will be available for purchase after pre-registered meals are served.
