New Hope Fellowship Church hosts Hot Rods & Hallelujahs on August 16 from 9:30 a.m. to noon at 1501 10th Avenue in Rochelle. Cars can be staged between 8 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. The outdoor service begins at 9:30 a.m. After the service, attendees can enjoy the Lincoln Highway Heritage Festival in the adjacent park. The event is weather permitting.
