About This Event
The Official First Friday Car Show takes place at the Lenawee County Fairgrounds in Adrian, Michigan. The event brings together hundreds of classic cars, hot rods, and custom vehicles, with a special feature on trucks with fenders. Vehicle registration opens at 4:00 PM on the day of the show, with public event hours running from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Special observances include a prayer ceremony for Jack Still at 5:15 PM followed by a 9/11 tribute, as well as a fan belt toss competition at 5:30 PM. Swap meet participants can take part in Junk in the Trunk to sell or trade auto parts directly from their vehicle trunk or pickup bed.
Family-friendly activities are hosted at the Kids Corner starting at 6:30 PM, including a bounce house, face painting, a bubble gum blowing contest, a hula hoop contest, and Hot Wheels races with free Hot Wheels for kids. Awards and trophies are presented for Best of Show (Overall and Featured), Farthest Away, Loudest Exhaust, and Most Likely to Get Pulled Over, alongside 50/50, neon clock, and bench raffles.
