The San Pierre Parks and Recreation Society Inc hosts its 7th Annual San Pierre Spirit of Summer Festival on July 31 and August 1. On Friday, July 31, a car and bike cruise in runs from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with live music from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Fireworks begin at 9:00 PM. On Saturday, August 1, the festival features a Dog Face Bridge 5K run/walk with prepay and registration available online. A car, bike, and tractor show runs with a $20 entry fee, registration at 9:00 AM, and judging at 12:00 PM. A pickleball tournament costs $20 per couple with registration at 9:30 AM and play at 10:00 AM. A corn hole tournament costs $20 per couple with registration at 10:00 AM and play at 11:00 AM. Novelty booths open at 10:00 AM. A beer garden opens at 11:00 AM with music from 11:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The festival runs 50/50 drawings and raffles all day.
