VFW Post 3034 and Elks Lodge host a car show July 4 celebrating America’s 250th anniversary. Registration runs 10 a.m. to noon for $10. The show features eight classes: Commander’s Choice, Best of Show Ford, Best of Show Dodge, Best of Show Chevy, Best of Show Mopar, Best Motorcycle, Best Import, and Best Recreational Vehicle (golf cart, ATV, etc.). Trophies will be awarded at 2 p.m.
The family event offers free admission and includes DJ music, a bouncy house, dunk tank, and snow cones. Free hot dogs and franks will be served, with outside beer sales available.
